Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

  • 1. This exclusive and complimentary offer is only available to new members who join Thailand Privilege Card between 1 June 2023 and 30 September 2023.
  • 2. The complimentary offer is valid for bookings made within 2 months of your Thailand Privilege Card membership activation date. For instance, if your membership activation date is on 1 June, you must register by 31 July 2023.
  • 3. The stay must be completed within 12 months from your Thailand Privilege Card membership activation date. For instance, if your membership activation date is on 1 June, your stay must be completed by 31 May 2024.
  • 4. Each member (Elite Superiority Extension, Elite Privilege Access, and Elite Easy Access package) is eligible for one complimentary offer.
  • 5. The Family Package (Elite Ultimate Privilege, Elite Family Premium, Elite Family Alternative, and Elite Family Excursion) is eligible for one complimentary offer.
  • 6. Complimentary breakfast is included for two adults.
  • 7. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak seasons (such as Festive periods, and Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
  • 8. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.
  • 9. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights.
  • 10. Only one amendment per booking is permitted with a flat fee of USD99 and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date. The fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the offer.
  • 11. You are required to pay a USD50 deposit using a credit card in order to secure this offer. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of your stay. In the event of a no-show or failure to meet the above conditions, the deposit will be forfeited and a no show administrative fee of the best flexible rate (per night) will be charged. No further redemption will be permitted.
  • 12. The complimentary offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and only one offer can be redeemed per household.
  • 13. The complimentary offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered. Reservations must be made in advance and walk-in reservations are not permitted.
  • 14. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 15. The offer is only for accommodation, hotel taxes, and service charges. Any other expenses incurred will be charged.
  • 16. Anantara Vacation Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 17. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 18. Eligible members are required to register through the Anantara Vacation Club Landing Page.
  • 19. Once the inquiry form is completed, an Anantara Vacation Club representative will contact you within 72 hours to re-confirm the inquiry and provide more information about this offer prior to confirming the booking.
