Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your enquiry

1. Customer must be between 28 and 65 years old with a minimum combined annual household income of USD75,000.
2. A fee of USD150 (for Bangkok stays) or USD200 (for Phuket stays) will be charged to cover taxes and service charge.
3. An additional amount of USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.
4. A surcharge of USD 50 per night at maximum is payable for stays during peak season such as Lunar New Year, Christmas and New Year. Customers to contact Anantara Vacation Club Concierge to get the final surcharge via telephone number 076 337 255 or via email preview.avcbk@anantaraclub.com.
5. During the stay, customer will attend a preview presentation about Anantara Vacation Club in English (estimated in 90-120 minutes). If married or in a lifetime partnership, the Customer must attend the presentation with their spouse/partner. Either the Customer or their spouse/partner must fully understand both spoken English and written English. If the Customer and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation, the offer will be revoked and the full price for the stay will be charged based on the Best Available Rate as displayed on the Club’s website.
6. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered. The Customers should expect that Anantara Vacation Club’s Concierge will call via number +66 76 337 255 or send email via preview.avcbk@anantaraclub.com to confirm the booking request and/or arrange the substitutions of an equal or higher value (same or higher level of room type) if any.
7. Each Customer (and their spouse/partner) is entitled to only one stay during the stay period under this Promotion Period, unless otherwise confirmed by Anantara Vacation Club.
8. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be within 21 days after the original booking date. In case the customer changes the booking date after 21 days, a fee of USD 99 will be charged. In this document, the exchange rate of VND/USD 25,500 is only indicative and may be different at the time of the transaction.
9. Nomination for using or transfer of the Gift is not allowed.
10. The Gift cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable, cannot be used for group bookings.
11. Service charges, taxes and surcharges (if any) must be paid using your credit card when booking.
12. For requested room upgrades and extra nights, the Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast as detailed on the official website will apply.
13. Not applicable to employees of Hong Leong Bank; employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses), existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months.
- • Customers must make a reservation on the Anantara Vacation Club website within 3 months from the date of receiving the Booking Code and the stay must be completed within 6 months from the booking date and to be completed before 31 March 2026.
