  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 31 December 2022, with travel and stay to be completed by 28 February 2023.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. Offer is designed for married couples or life partners residing in the same city.
  • 5. Either you or your spouse / partner must be over the age of 28 and you must have a minimum combined annual income of USD 75,000. You are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 8. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • 9. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 10. You can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of your lifetime and you can only redeem one (1) offer per household during the promotion period unless otherwise specified.
  • 11. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 12. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for your compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during your stay. You are required to participate in the preview presentation together with your spouse or partner
  • 13. In the event you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited and an administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

  • 15. An additional USD 50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  • 17. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD 99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 18. All fees and charges must be paid in full with a credit card at the time of booking.
  • 19. We reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 20. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • 21. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 22. Complimentary daily breakfast is included for two (2) adults.
  • 23. Complimentary local airport pick-up and drop-off (roundtrip) is included (except Khao Lak).
  • 24. Customers will receive 5,000 FlyerBonus Points at the end of the stay period (28 February 2023).
  • 25. Customers who choose a stay at AVANI+ Khao Lak will receive an additional 5,000 FlyerBonus Points at the end of the stay period (28 February 2023).
  • 26. Customers who complete their booking at Anantara Vacation Club at Mai Khao Phuket or Anantara Vacation Club Chiang Mai by 15 November 2022 will receive Anantara Spa Vouchers worth THB6,000, to be used during stay.
  • 27. Customers who complete their stay at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket by 30 November 2022 will receive a complimentary room upgrade to a One Bedroom Pool Villa.
