Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your enquiry

1. Offer will be available during the period from 5 January to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive and stays to be completed within 31 December 2026.
2. Payment must be made using a Citi Credit/Debit Card to enjoy the promotion.
3. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
4. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
5. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
6. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
7. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the guest’s account.
8. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
9. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.

11. Reservations must be made in advance at least 14 days and walk-in reservations are not permitted.
12. Cancellation Policy:
- For Low or Mid Season:
  - Cancel at least 14 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge.
  - Cancel 8-13 days before arrival date and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
  - Cancel 7 days or less before arrival date and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
- For High or Peak Season:
  - Cancel at least 21 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge of entire stay.
- For Peak Season or Last Minute:
  - If booking is confirmed within 30 days of arrival date, it is non-refundable and no changes will be permitted.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
14. Complimentary daily breakfast for 2 guests is included in the offer.
15. Citibank and Anantara Vacation Club’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
16. Citibank and Anantara Vacation Club reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the promotion terms and/or terminate the promotion.
17. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Anantara Vacation Club.
18. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Anantara Vacation Club” refers to Anantara Vacation Club.
