  • 1. Offer must be purchased using a Citi Credit Card only.
  • 2. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount programme.
  • 3. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 4. Offer is valid for stays completed by 31 March 2026.
  • 5. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 6. Offer is subject to Anantara Vacation Club’s age and marital status policies.
  • 7. You must have a minimum annual household income of USD120,000, and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse.
  • 8. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 9. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 10. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged to your account.
  • 11. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members, Club Explorer Phuket and Club Explorer Thailand Plus Members, and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 12. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 13. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 14. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club presentation during the stay. You are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse.
  • 15. In the event you and/or spouse fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 16. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods) and seasonal holidays.
  • 17. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Friday night, Saturday night and/or Sunday night.

  • 19. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night).
  • 20. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a Citibank credit card.
  • 21. Anantara Vacation Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 22. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 23. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
