Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your enquiry

  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 31 December 2023, with stays to be completed by 31 December 2023.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city.
  • 5. Either you or your spouse/partner must be the age of 28-65 and you must have a minimum combined annual income of USD 75,000. You are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 8. Offer is for accommodation, hotel tax and service charges only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the card used to process the booking.
  • 9. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery, Club Discovery Plus, Club Xplorer Thailand Plus and Club Xplorer Phuket, Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer
  • 10. Infinity MileageLands Members can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of your life and only one offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 11. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for your compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay. You are required to participate in the preview presentation together with your spouse or partner.
  • 12. In the event you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 13. Anantara Vacation Club will verify your eligibility before making reservation.
  • 14. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.
  • 15. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights.
  • 16. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 17. EVA Air and Anantara Vacation Club reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 18. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
