Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your enquiry

  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 30 September 2025 and stays completed by 31 December 2025.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. Either you or your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age and you must have a minimum combined annual income of USD 75,000. You are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
  • 5. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 6. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged.
  • 7. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 8. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 9. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during your stay. You are required to participate in the preview presentation together with your spouse or partner. In the event you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 10. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 11. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
  • 12. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  • 14. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 15. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a credit card.
  • 16. EVA Air and Anantara Vacation Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 17. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
