  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 31 December 2025, with stays to be completed by 28 February 2026.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. Offer is designed for married couples and lifetime partners residing in the same city.
  • 5. Either you or your spouse/partner must be between the ages of 28 and 65, and you must have a minimum monthly income of AED30,000. You are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse/partner.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 8. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged.
  • 9. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members, Club Explorer Phuket and Club Explorer Thailand Plus Members, and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 10. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 11. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 12. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club presentation during the stay. You are required to participate in the presentation together with your partner.
  • 13. In the event you and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 14. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods) and seasonal holidays.
  • 15. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights.

  • 17. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date must be made to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night).
  • 18. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using an Emirates NBD debit or credit card.
  • 19. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 20. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 21. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
