Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your registration

  • 1. This offer is open to all HSBC credit cardholders whose cards are issued in the Philippines (“Cardholder/s”) and are in good credit standing during the Promo Period in accordance with HSBC Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, a card is in good credit standing if there is no reason for HSBC to restrain, suspend, cancel, withdraw or terminate the card pursuant to the HSBC Card Terms and Conditions as well as Legal and Regulatory Compliance Policy considerations.
  • 2. Accepted cards are as follows: HSBC Visa Classic, HSBC Mastercard Classic, HSBC Red Mastercard, HSBC Gold Visa, HSBC Gold Mastercard, HSBC Advance Visa, HSBC Premier Mastercard and HSBC Platinum. Debit and Corporate cards are excluded from the promo.
  • 3. Promo is from December 1 2022 to March 31 2023 (“Promo Period”) with travel and stays to completed by June 30 2023 (“Stay Period”).
  • 4. Either you or your spouse/partner must be in between 28 to 65 years old, with a minimum combined annual income of USD75,000 and are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
  • 5. The cardholders can avail of a discounted and exclusive vacation package for 4 Days 3 Nights to one of the following properties starting from USD299 (“Offer”):

  • 6. Cardholders must settle payment with their HSBC credit card to enjoy the offer. The HSBC Cardholder must be one of the occupants.
  • 7. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a HSBC Philippines-issued Credit or Debit Card.
  • 8. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions and discounted items, unless specified.
  • 10. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • 11. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 12. Offer is for accommodation, hotel tax and service charges only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the Cardholder’s account.
  • 13. Offer is bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by HSBC and the Merchant.
  • 14. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members, Club Explorer Phuket and Club Explorer Thailand Plus Members, and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 15. To make a booking, Cardholder will be provided with the link to Anantara Vacation Club’s (AVC) landing page via HSBC’s communication materials, to complete their booking details and select a given timeslot. Cardholder will receive a follow-up call from the AVC Reservations Team to confirm the offer details and T&Cs. Upon Cardholder’s acceptance of offer, AVC Reservations Team will send confirmation email to the Cardholder.

  • 17. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  • 19. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge or the best flexible rate (per night). If travel restrictions are imposed by the authorities due to Covid-19, the rescheduling fee may be waived at the sole discretion of Anantara Vacation Club.
  • 20. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion, with the concurrence of DTI.
  • 21. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 22. In case of dispute with respect to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., HSBC’s decision shall prevail. The complainant has recourse with DTI.
  • 23. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and services for the offer. Any dispute concerning the quality of goods and services provided by the Anantara Vacation Club involved in this promotion shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Anantara Vacation Club.
