  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 30 June 2025 and stays must be completed by 31 July 2025.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city.
  • 5. Both you and your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 8. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged.
  • 9. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 10. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 11. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 12. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during your stay. You are required to participate in the preview presentation together with your spouse or partner.
  • 13. In the event you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 14. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
  • 15. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  • 17. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 18. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a credit card.
  • 19. Anantara Vacation Club reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 20. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • 21. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 22. The first 20 bookings will receive THB3,000 flight credit with Bangkok Airways, to be redeemed against your air ticket.
  • 23. Complete your stay in Khao Lak by 30 June 2025 and receive Salty in Paradise treatments for two (2) valued at THB8,475.
  • 24. Complete your stay in Koh Samui by 30 June 2025 and receive a Coco Tam’s voucher valued at THB3,000.
  • 25. Complete your stay in Phuket by 30 June 2025 and receive a choice of Phuket Fantasea tickets for two (2) with dinner and transport, valued at THB5,300 or Carnival Magic tickets for two (2) with dinner and transport, valued at THB5,700.
