  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 31 May 2025, with stays to be completed by 30 September 2025.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. Offer is designed for married couples and/or life partners residing in the same city.
  • 5. Both you and your spouse/partner must be over the age of 28 with maximum age limit of 65 with a minimum annual income of USD75,000 and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse/partner.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 8. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charges only. Any other expenses will be charged to your account.

  • 12. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay. You are required to participate in the presentation with your spouse or partner.
  • 13. In the event you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a no-show, this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

  • 15. An additional USD50 per night is applicable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  • 17. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night).
  • 18. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a Credit Card.
  • 19. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 20. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 21. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • 22. Complete your stay and receive 8,000 Enrich points.
  • 23. Complete your booking in Phuket by 15 April 2025 and receive a complimentary room upgrade to a Two Bedroom Apartment Suite (subject to availability).
