  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Room reservations must be made by 14 November 2025, and stays must be completed by 20 December 2025.
  • 3. This offer is subject to room availability, and the right is reserved to provide an offer of equal or greater value as a substitute.
  • 4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable, or exchangeable for cash or other items.
  • 5. This offer is not applicable for group bookings.
  • 6. This offer is free for accommodation only, but a 9,500 Baht fee will be charged for hotel taxes and service charges.
  • 7. This offer covers accommodation, taxes, and service charges only. Additional services will incur extra charges.
  • 8. Employees and family members of Anantara Vacation Club existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members as well as anyone who has attended an Anantara Vacation Club presentation within the past twelve (12) months, are not eligible for this offer.
  • 9. A surcharge applies for stays during peak seasons (e.g., festivals, Chinese New Year) and public holidays.

  • 11. Please make reservations at least 14 days in advance. Priority will be given to customers with confirmed reservations.
  • 12. Cancellation Policy:
    • Low/Mid Season
      • Cancellation 14+ days prior to arrival: No penalty
      • Cancellation 13–8 days prior to arrival: 50% of total room rate
      • Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of total room rate
    • Low/Mid Season Periods:
      • Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket: 12 April – 3 October 2025
      • Anantara Vacation Club Bophut, Koh Samui: 23 August – 30 September 2025 and 26 October – 30 November 2025
    • High/Peak Season
      • Cancellation 21+ days prior to arrival: No penalty
    • Peak Season/Last-Minute Bookings
      • Reservations confirmed within 30 days of arrival are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable
    • High/Peak Season Periods:
      • Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket: 31 October 2025 – 3 January 2026
      • Anantara Vacation Club Bophut, Koh Samui: 8 July – 22 August 2025, 1 – 25 October 2025, 1 – 31 December 2025
  • 13. A reservation is only confirmed once full payment is made via credit card at the time of booking.
  • 14. Anantara Vacation Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and/or suspend or cancel the offer, and/or modify the offer as deemed appropriate.
  • 15. In case of any disputes regarding this offer, the provider’s decision is final and binding. No challenges or requests for changes will be accepted.
  • 16. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and brochures, marketing materials, or other related documents, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 17. Breakfast for two is included.
  • 18. Local airport-to-resort transfer service
