  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. To book this offer, Cardholder may call or email as follows:
  • 3. Offer is valid for bookings until November 30, 2024, with stays to be completed by February 28, 2025.
  • 4. Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city.
  • 5. Both you and your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 8. Offer includes accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged.
  • 9. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation, Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 10. You can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of your lifetime and you can only redeem one (1) offer per household during the promotion period unless otherwise specified.
  • 11. This special offer is presented on the condition that you and your partner attend a compulsory 90-minute presentation about Anantara Vacation Club during your stay. The presentation is designed to enrich your experience with Anantara Vacation Club and showcase the endless benefits of being part of our club.
  • 12. In the event you and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

  • 14. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  • 16. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 17. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 18. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
  • 19. The decision of the promoter and merchant on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding with the concurrence of DTI.
  • 20. Offer includes local airport pick-up and drop-off.
  • 21. Complete your stay in Phuket by December 31, 2024, and receive Four (4) Carnival Magic tickets for 4 adults, valued at THB 11,400.
  • 22. Complete your booking in Phuket by November 15, 2024, and receive THB3,000 Anantara Vacation Club voucher to be redeemed against F&B and Spa services during your stay.
  • 23. Complete your stay in Bangkok by November 30, 2024, and receive a THB 5,000 Anantara Vacation Club voucher that can be used for F&B and Spa services during your stay.
  • 24. Complete your booking in Bangkok by November 15, 2024, and receive THB3,000 Anantara Vacation Club voucher to be redeemed against F&B and Spa services during your stay.
  • 25. Complete your stay by December 31, 2024, and receive USD199 discount on accommodation.
  • 26. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
  • 27. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
  • 28. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
  • 29. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
