1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
2. Offer is valid for bookings until 15 January 2022, with travel and stay to be completed by 30 September 2022. The offer period and stay period may be extended depending on the development of Covid-19 travel restrictions.
3. Offer is an exclusive 4D3N (Four-Days and Three-Nights) vacation package to one of the following properties:

4. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.

11. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
12. An eligible person can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of their life and only one offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise specified.

14. Attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation will entitle the cardholders to the following:

16. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

18. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night). If travel restrictions are imposed by the authorities due to Covid-19, the rescheduling fee may be waived at the sole discretion of Anantara Vacation Club.
19. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a RCBC Bankard credit card.
20. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
21. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
22. The decision of the Bank and Merchant on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding with the concurrence of DTI.
