  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings by 30 June 2026 and stays must be completed by 31 October 2026.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. You and your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age and be Shinhan The Classic / Platinum members of Shinhan Card with a minimum combined annual income of USD75,000.
  • 5. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 6. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 7. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 8. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 9. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 10. The special promotional rate is provided subject to your agreement to attend and complete a private Anantara Vacation Club Discovery Session (approximately 90–120 minutes) during your stay. If married or in a life partnership, you are required to participate in the session together with your spouse/partner. If the session is not completed during your stay, or if the eligibility requirements are not met, you will not be eligible for the promotional rate and the Best Flexible Rate (per night) will be applied and charged to your credit card.
  • 11. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
  • 12. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.
  • 13. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights. For more information, please contact Anantara Vacation Club’s reservation centre at 080-880-0512 (toll free) or email preview.avcbk@anantaraclub.com.
  • 14. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 15. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a Shinhan card.
  • 16. You are required to settle all on-property expenses incurred during your stay, including but not limited to accommodation-related charges, incidentals, and any additional services, exclusively with your Shinhan Visa card.
  • 17. Anantara Vacation Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 18. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • 19. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 20. Stays completed by 31 August 2026 will receive the following benefits:
    • Bangkok: a complimentary THB 4,000 Anantara Cash voucher for dining at Mocha & Muffins or BRIO Italian Restaurant.
    • Chiang Mai: a complimentary THB 3,000 The Service at 1921 House dinner voucher (issue AVC voucher).
    • Phuket: a complimentary SEVEN Bar Platter for 2 (except Alcohol) for 2, valued at THB3,700
    • Bali: an additional IDR1.5 Million Anantara Vacation Club Resort credit which can be redeemed against F&B at The Coffee Club.
