    • These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.

    • Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
    • Offer is designed for married couples of family (couple & kids)
    • Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
    • Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
    • Offer is for accommodation only, hotel taxes and service charges are extra. Any other expenses will occurred at resort will be charged on actuals.
  • How to redeem the offer:

    • Offer is valid for select Kotak Mahindra Bank Customers, pls see the eligibility mentioned above
    • Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members, Club Explorer Phuket and Club Explorer Thailand Plus Members, and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
    • You can only redeem one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
    • Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation, as offer is for select Kotak Credit Card customers
  • Preview Presentation
    • Attendance and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay will entitle the cardholder to receive a $100 resort voucher, provided after completion of the preview presentation.
  • Payment and Surcharges

    • Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made at least twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night). No refund in case of cancelation, only one amendment is allowed as mentioned above.
    • All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using an eligible Kotak Mahindra credit card.
  • Amendment and Termination
    • The Bank and AVC reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
    • In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    • The decision of the Bank and AVC on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • Other Terms & Conditions
    • This offer has been made solely and entirely by Anantara Vacation club (“AVC”) to the customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) having eligible Kotak Debit, Credit Cards.
    • Offer Valid from 10th March 2026 to 31st July 2026 for booking & stay to be completed by 31st oct 2026
    • Valid for select Kotak Credit card customers and can be redeemed once during offer period
    • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers.
    • AVC & Kotak reserves the right to reject, modify or cancel the offer at any time.
    • The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-encashable.
    • Participation in this offer is voluntary.
    • Any Customer eligible for the Offer and placing an order shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions of this offer and also the general terms and conditions of the Anantara Vacation Club before placing an order. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of Anantara Vacation Club.
    • The Bank and Anantara Vacation Club reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
    • The Bank and Anantara Vacation Club reserve the right to revoke the Offer if at any time it is believed that the same is being misused or Offer terms and conditions are being violated.
    • The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Anantara Vacation Club. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with Anantara Vacation Club without any reference to the Bank.
    • The decision of the Bank and Anantara Vacation Club in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
    • The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Anantara Vacation Club its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
    • Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
