- 1. General Terms and Conditions
- i. Terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
- ii. Offer is valid for travel until 31 May 2020. Offer excludes peak season dates that may fall during the promotional period.
- iii. Offer is subject to availability and valid for a minimum stay of two (2) nights in Dubai and three (3) nights in all other resorts. A 50% discount will be applied on the Best Flexible Rates of the selected travel dates.
- iv. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
- v. By accepting the offer, you consent to the Club or its promoter contacting you via phone/SMS/email in relation to your reservation and related product features notwithstanding any registration on the Do Not Call Registry.
- vi. Offer is reserved to Riyad Bank employees. Employees must present the Riyad Bank mobile App at check-in to avail of the promotion.
- 2. Payment and Cancellation
- i. Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made with a valid debit or credit card.
- ii. All charges will be made in USD.
- iii. Reservation is final and non-refundable. Full payment will be forfeited if cancelled.
3. Amendments and Termination- i. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
- ii. The decision of the Promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
- iii. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
