  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 30 September 2024, with stays to be completed by 30 November 2024.
  • 3. Stay for 4D3N (Four-Days and Three-Nights) at one of the following properties:

    • b. 4-Day 3-Night stay at Anantara Vacation Club at Riverside Bangkok – Family Room at USD349
    • c. 4-Day 3-Night stay at Anantara Vacation Club at Avani Seminyak Bali – One Bedroom Apartment Suite at USD349
    • d. 4-Day 3-Night stay at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket – Two Bedroom Apartment Suite at USD399

  • 4. Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city.
  • 5. Both you and your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age and qualify the minimum financial requirement.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 7. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 8. Offer includes accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged.

Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation, Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 10. You can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of your lifetime and you can only redeem one (1) offer per household during the promotion period unless otherwise specified.

  • 12. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for your compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes during the stay. You are required to participate in the presentation together with your spouse or partner.
  • 13. In the event you and/or spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

  • 15. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  • 17. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 18. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a BPI credit card.
  • 19. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 20. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
  • 21. The decision of the promoter and merchant on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding with the concurrence of DTI.
  • 22. Receive complimentary USD100 resort credit to be redeemed against breakfast and F&B services when you complete your booking by 31 August 2024.
  • 23. Receive complimentary local airport pick-up and drop-off. (Except Hoi An)
  • 24. For Bangkok booking, receive complimentary Benihana Set-Menu Dinner for two guests valued at USD180 when you complete your stay in Bangkok by 31 October 2024.
  • 25. For Khao Lak booking, receive complimentary Similan Trip (Wow Andaman) with transport for two guests valued at USD230 when you complete your stay in Khao Lak by 31 October 2024.
  • 26. Receive a complimentary room upgrade when you complete your stay in Bali or Phuket by 31 October 2024, as follows:
