Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your enquiry

  • 1. The offer is valid for stays completed by 31 December 2026.
  • 2. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 3. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 4. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 5. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged.
  • 6. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 7. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 8. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
  • 9. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights. For more information, please contact Anantara Vacation Club’s reservation centre at 1800 819 046 (toll free) or email bkpreview.mivc@minorvacationclub.com.
  • 10. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance, and walk-in reservations are not permitted.
    • Cancellation Policy:
      • a. For Low or Mid Season: Cancel at least 14 days before arrival date to avoid any penalty charge.
      • b. Cancel 8-13 days before arrival date and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
      • c. Cancel 7 days or less before arrival date and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
      • d. For High or Peak Season: Cancel at least 21 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge of entire stay.
      • e. For Peak Season or Last Minute: If booking is confirmed within 30 days of arrival date, it is non-refundable and no changes will be permitted.
  • 11. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a HSBC credit card.
  • 12. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • 13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 14. Complimentary daily breakfast for 2 guests is included.
  • 15. Anantara Vacation Club and HSBC reserve the right to cancel, terminate or extend the offer, add on; and/or amend any other terms and conditions applicable to the offer at their sale discretion and without prior notice.
