Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your enquiry

  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. Offer is valid for bookings until 31 March 2027 and stays to be completed by 30 April 2027.
  • 3. Both you and your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse/partner.
  • 4. Offer is subject to the minimum spend requirement of RM 20,000 (for CIMB Travel World Elite) within ONE month of stay based on check-in date or RM 20,000 (for CIMB Travel World) within TWO months of stay based on check-in date as per CIMB Bank’s Terms & Conditions for this Offer.
  • 5. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 7. Complimentary offer is for accommodation only. A fee of USD250 will be charged to cover taxes and service charge.
  • 8. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 9. An eligible person can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of your life and only one offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 10. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during your stay. You are required to participate in the preview presentation together with your spouse or partner.
  • 11. In the event you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a no-show, this offer will be forfeited, and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 12. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 13. For requested room upgrades and extra nights, the Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast will apply.
  • 14. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
  • 15. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a CIMB Travel World Elite or CIMB Travel World credit card.
  • 16. CIMB Mastercard Cardholders are required to mention promo code “CIMB ANANTARA” for the booking via Email, WhatsApp or Phone booking

  • 18. Cancellation Policy
    • For Low or Mid-Season:
      • Cancel at least 14 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge.
      • Cancel 8-13 days before arrival date and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
      • Cancel 7 days or less before arrival date and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
    • For High or Peak Season:
      • Cancel at least 21 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge of entire stay.
    • For Peak Season or Last Minute
      • If booking is confirmed within 30 days of arrival date, it is non-refundable and no changes will be permitted.
